31 Mt Pleasant

Mt Pleasant, St. Croix, USVI

The owner hired a contractor to build a tiny house next to her main home. A year later, she had half a structure and no contractor. Classic island-time — he took her money and never came back. Through a chance encounter, she found Mark. What you see here is what Mark inherited, what he tore down, and what he built in its place. Start to finish: 7 weeks.

The first photos show the state of the project when Mark arrived. He assessed it, identified what was not up to code, and broke it down. Then he built it right.
