If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must cease use of our digital platforms and services immediately. Use of this site constitutes a legal agreement between the user and Solution Construction.
Services Provided
Estimates and Contracts
Precision is the cornerstone of our operations. All project engagements require a formally executed, signed contract before mobilization begins. Verbal agreements do not constitute a binding commitment for construction services.
Quote Validity Period
All provided estimates are valid for exactly 30 days from the date of issue. Due to volatility in raw material markets, pricing is subject to revision after this window.
Payment Terms
Payment schedules are bespoke to each contract, typically structured around mobilization, phase completion milestones, and final hand-over.
Cash
Direct settlement for localized project phases.
Check
Standard corporate or personal certified checks.
Bank Deposit
Direct wire or ACH transfers for major milestones.
Client Responsibilities

Site Access
Ensuring crews have unobstructed access to the work area during agreed-upon hours.

Permits
Assisting in the timely acquisition of municipal and environmental permits where required.

Timely Approvals
Providing prompt feedback on material selections and architectural changes to maintain schedule.
Limitation of Liability
Solution Construction shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the service; or (iii) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.
